As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Career and Talent Development Manager to join our team and drive our people development initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
As a Career and Talent Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the overall talent development strategy to support the growth and success of our employees. You will play a critical role in identifying development needs, designing programs, and ensuring the effective implementation of talent development initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent development programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Assess training needs and design effective training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
- Lead the creation and delivery of leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify key talent and create individualized development plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage and facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on career development and performance improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the company.
**Qualifications & Competency**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in people development, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of talent development methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence others to achieve desired outcomes.
- Proficient in using HRIS and learning management systems.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
