Ensure the execution of talent management practices in businesses & functions align with Talent Management Policy & Governance, collaborate with HRBP & key stakeholder in talent management process (talent identification and validation, succession planning, career discussion, development intervention).
- Manage Top 100 talent group portfolio (especially for supervisor to assistant manager level) and assign with individual, specific, and relevant development program, both training and non-training aspect.
- Monitor talent development plan implementation, gaining and providing feedback to respective stakeholder and their line manager, Measure success through the implementation or the agreed learning inventions, individual growth in their career exposure.
- Conduct regular conversation with Talent to capture their career aspiration, development progress, flight risk, engagement, etc.
- Collaborate with HRBP to facilitate discussion with related stakeholder to discuss and monitor talent progression (movement, career plan).
- Championing automation process related to talent management practices to ensure talent data & development tracking well recorded.
