**Jobdesc**
- Mengelola stok perlengkapan kantor dan lakukan pemesanan
- Menyiapkan laporan rutin tentang pengeluaran dan anggaran kantor
- Memelihara dan memperbarui database perusahaan
- Menyelenggarakan sistem pengarsipan dokumen penting dan rahasia perusahaan
- Menjawab pertanyaan dari karyawan dan klien KALMAN Marketing Agency
- Memperbarui kebijakan kantor sesuai kebutuhan
- Mengorganisir kalender perusahaan, penjadwalan janji temu, dsb.
- Menyiapkan laporan dan presentasi dengan data statistik, sesuai tugas
- Mengatur perjalanan dan akomodasi (apabila ada event keluar kota)
- Menjadwalkan acara internal dan eksternal
**Persyaratan**
- Minimal S1/D4 jurusan Administrasi/Ekonomi/Manajemen atau sejenis
- Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di posisi yang sama atau serupa (BUKAN FRESH GRADUATE)
- Memiliki skill pengarsipan dokumen, pengorgasisasian database, skill komunikasi nilai plus
- Detail - oriented, terorganisir, sabar, dan tenang
- Memiliki loyalitas dan dedikasi terhadap perusahaan
