Tanggung Jawab:

- Mengawasi operasi sehari-hari toko kamera, termasuk pembukaan dan penutupan toko.
- Memastikan toko selalu bersih, rapi, dan menarik bagi pelanggan.
- Menyusun jadwal kerja dan memastikan ketersediaan staf yang memadai setiap saat.
- Memberikan arahan, umpan balik, dan evaluasi kinerja kepada staf.
- Menyediakan pelayanan pelanggan yang berkualitas tinggi dan menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan efektif.
- Menyediakan pengetahuan produk yang mendalam dan memberikan rekomendasi yang sesuai kepada pelanggan.
