Smart UMKM ID adalah sebuah perusahaan yang menyediakan solusi digital alihdaya pajak, pembukuan dan keuangan untuk UMKM di Indonesia. Kami berkomitmen untuk membantu UMKM di Indonesia untuk berkembang dan menjadi lebih berdaya saing.
Saat ini, kami sedang mencari Business Development Associate untuk bergabung dengan tim kami. Business Development Associate akan bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan riset pasar, mencari peluang pengembangan bisnis, membangun hubungan dengan UMKM, dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran dan penjualan.
Area wilayah kerja untuk posisi ini adalah Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang dan Bekasi. Posisi ini tidak memerlukan datang ke kantor setiap harinya, tetapi memungkinkan adanya pertemuan secara offline dengan calon prospek apabila diperlukan dan tidak terikat jam kantor pada umumnya
**Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab**
- Mengidentifikasi peluang untuk mengembangkan bisnis Smart UMKM ID dengan UMKM di Indonesia dengan menawarkan produk atau layanan baru, memasuki pasar baru, atau bermitra dengan UMKM lain.
- Memberikan laporan via CRM atas data prospek yang didapatkan untuk dianalisa oleh supervisor penjualan
- Mengupayakan tatap muka secara online atau offline dengan calon prospek untuk membangun hubungan baik secara personal maupun profesional.
- Membantu persiapan penyusunan proposal dan kontrak terhadap calon pelanggan
- Melakukan negosiasi dan tercapainya kesepakatan kontrak penjualan dengan pelanggan baru
- Ikut di dalam rapat dan pelatihan yang diadakan oleh manajemen secara online maupun off line
- Mempelajari materi yang diberikan perusahaan untuk pengenalan produk dan mencari literatur lain sebagai informasi pendukung
- Membuat rencana kerja mingguan dan bulanan dengan target pencapaian (Objective Key Results) sendiri sebelum memulai aktivitas kerja setiap mingguan dan bulanan
**Kualifikasi dan Prasyarat bagi Posisi Ini**
- Minimal D3 atau setaranya bidang apapun, lebih disukai dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan bidang Ekonomi
- Pernah bekerja dan mempunyai pengalaman di bidang penjualan, pemasaran, dan perusahaan yang menerapkan standard kerja berbasis kinerja agar kandidat tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam mengikuti pelatihan dan pengembangan kapasitas
- Fasih menggunakan aplikasi kerja seperti Microsoft Word, Excel dan setaranya
- Mempunyai smartphone sendiri dan lebih disukai yang mempunyai laptop sendiri
- Mempunyai kendaraan roda dua atau motor sendiri serta Surat Ijin Mengemudi
- Lolos dalam ujian penerimaan kami dengan score mínimal 70%
**Tolak Ukur dan Penilaian Kerja**
- Jumlah aktivasi calon pelanggan baru
- Jumlah konversi pelanggan baru dari kegiatan aktivasi
- Besaran volume bisnis program aktivasi dan berlangganan
- Tingkat retensi dan churn pelanggan lama
