Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in tech marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, corporate affairs, and/or Corporate Social Responsibility- Ability to speak and write in Bahasa Indonesian fluently
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in creating and executing high-impact meaningful integrated marketing campaigns (offline, online, activations, unconventional and innovative campaigns/activities beyond traditional media buys)
- Experience organizing and pushing a program forward, identifying a clear path for all parties, and keeping the group on time and on goal
- Leadership experience in managing multiple complex projects and influencing executive stakeholders internally and externally
- Understanding of online safety topics and their intersection with various industries, especially technology
- Understanding of Google's products and the technology industry
- Demonstrated analytical success, and capacity for developing and understanding strategy
**About the job**:
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
The Brand and Reputation Marketing team is responsible for upholding Google’s brand reputation and increasing trust among consumers and key opinion formers. We've built a series of highly impactful tools and initiatives which have changed people’s lives on the ground and have achieved awareness and appreciation by key opinion formers. The Digital Responsibility pillar plays a leadership role in demonstrating Google’s commitment in keeping users safe online. We leverage product features (e.g., Privacy Checkups, Security Checkups, Google Play Protect) to educate users about how to take control of their data, stay safe online, and manage their relationship with technology.
In this role, you'll lead and drive Digital Responsibility initiatives (i.e. helping users stay safe on the internet), leveraging your understanding of Indonesia's digital ecosystem. You'll launch programs, build partnerships, and create marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with PR, Policy, and country leadership to identify how Google should engage with consumers/key opinion formers on the topic of Digital Responsibility, and where marketing can play a part.

**Responsibilities**:
- Uncover insights about users, key opinion formers, and digital ecosystems to inform initiatives and communication strategies.
- Lead the rollout of products and programs from conceptualization, strategy, and planning to execution of initiatives, localization of content, partnerships, communication/PR plans, and integrated brand campaigns.
- Internalize and bring to life the Google's brand, mission, and values in a single cohesive narrative around Google’s commitment to the country throughout the different initiatives that are launched.
- Work closely with, coordinate, guide, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure maximum impact on the Google brand among key opinion formers. Manage external agencies and partners to structure and execute programs, and efficiently deliver on campaign objectives and business goals.
- Support executive communication within Marketing and to other cross-functional teams.
