- Develop plan to execute and monitor the implementation of brand marketing initiatives for all marketing campaign across offline and online platform.
- Works cross-functionally and collaboratively with business team, product team, and 360 channel owner team to ensure brand campaign guidelines and marketing plan are followed across department, locations and businesses including conduct reviews to ensure marketing standards are met with all assets including collateral, signage, promotional items, communications, campaigns, events, etc.
- Review marketing performance campaign and material for alignment with marketing objective and provide constructive, actionable feedback to teams and other stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams (i.e. database marketing, online media) where needed to research and develop ideas for marketing solutions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree from reputable University
- Have 2+ years experience in brand, marketing, and/or product marketing required from reputable company, FMCG, or digital tech company.
- Familiar with creating brand, campaign, marketing plan and analysis.
- Conversant with current marketing trends and best practices.
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Motivated, detailed-oriented personality, team player with a creative and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiar with marketing performance funnel or strong in marketing data analysis.
