You will be working closely with the brand marketing lead, marketing communication specialist & marketing growth team to create, manage, & execute our marketing strategies related to KOL & brand partnership activities and ensure that the brand can increase its awareness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
- Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
- Reaching and building a KOL network for different categories on social media.
- Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables.
- Develop and execute the identification, screening, and management process for all selected KOLs.
- Monitor key performance metrics of KOLs activities and assist in preparing materials for reporting.
- Manage end to end brand partnership projects from conceptualization, execution, to reporting.
- Working closely with regional team to activate regional based marketing activation

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 2+ years' experience in marketing especially on KOL & brand partnership scope.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to multi-task & work in a dynamic environment.
- Passionate & an excellent team player.
- A high degree of organization
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills in both English & Bahasa.
- Digital native and has a keen eye on utilizing social media usage, especially when it comes to KOL & brand partnerships activities
- Basic understanding of marketing analytic and marketing report.
