We are searching for a highly-creative **Branding & Communications Specialist** to assist in the executing of our group’s international marketing strategies. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence in all locations as well as also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

**Branding & Communications Specialist**

**Job Description**:

- Responsible for online content, tracking and analysis of reputation factors and account to successful management of Brand’s reputation.
- Work with respective country managers and team leads to facilitate resolutions for every feedback received
- Continuously monitor / track the reputation of the brand on various outlets, e.g. social media, search engines, blogs & social communities, consumer forums, etc.
- Examine the facts surrounding social media (negative) comments to provide positive and professional responses
- Manage all review content and take necessary steps to curb inappropriate content
- Work with marketing team to create and make recommendations on content to improve brand's reputation through its digital assets (eg: website and social media channels)
- Provide daily, weekly and quarterly analysis to the senior management.
- Develop consistent reviews collection strategy from customers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related field
- 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management
- Hands-on experience with social analytics, SEO, business intelligence, and social media listening tools, such as Mention, SEMRush, Google Alerts etc.
- Working knowledge of content development and management
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Good spoken & written command of English
