- Responsible for promotional activities that are annual, monthly, or weekly.
- Determine the direction of product development and product improvement in accordance with the target market.
- Determine the direction of product development strategy that is managed.
- Responsible for various marketing research activities both qualitative and quantitative on products and consumers in order to obtain “consumer insights” that are relevant for brand development including communication strategy.
- Develop the right concept for the brand and develop marketing objectives and strategies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum formal education S1
- Experience working in the FMCG Industry particularly in snack business.
- Mastering Microsoft Office especially excel
- Have ideas and analysis for future development.
- Have good and creative interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work in a team with high load and pressure.
- Have integrity and dedication to work.
- High responsibility and discipline & pro-active.
