**Job Description**:

- Check that all Housekeeping employees report to work punctually and are well groomed before each of their shift
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members
- Communicate all log entries by RDM to ensure that all issues and concerns raised are closed with thorough follow up actions
- Coordinate full house situations and makes all necessary arrangements to handle overbooking and pledge relocates
- Coordinate and monitor major group movements for rooms and ensure that action plans cover all areas of operations handling

Work Experience
- Discipline, good attitude and self motivated
- Passionate in guest experience and satisfaction
- Able to work in a team & good communication
- Fluent in English both written and verbally
- Must have experienced in the same position at least 2 years in an upscale hotel
- Hospitality Industry background or Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree
