**Job Description**:

- Develop and Implement Key Account/Channel Strategy in Modern, Traditional Trade, Kitchen Retail and Ecommerce to achieve company sales targets for Large Appliances
- Manage sellout tools - schemes, sales promotions, promoters and provide strategic sales leadership
- Create and implement an effective distribution expansion strategy to grow company product’s business in Indonesia
- Provide the planning and leadership to the Sales Reps by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet the Business Plan
- Develop Performance appraisal of the team, provide coaching and developing potential team members to further develop their career path within the organisation.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor degree with solid education background.
- Worked in an international company in a sales or business development function, preferably in the domestic appliances industry or Consumer Electronics min 7-10 years
- Preferably with some leadership experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English + Bahasa
- Computer Skills - MS Office proficient
- Specific knowledge of both analytic and creative skills, leadership and coaching skills, interpersonal communication, presentation skills, multi-tasking ability in a fast pace working environment
