A leading residential property development and luxury hospitality company in Bali is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing. The candidate must be FLUENT IN ENGLISH and have experience in marketing (and sales) of residential real estate.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and promoting the products or services of NPG. This role requires close collaboration with various departments and managing external partners to ensure the effectiveness and consistency of marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Development and Implementation of Marketing Strategy:
    1. Analyzing markets and identifying target segments.
    2. Creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, including campaigns in digital and traditional media.
    3. Managing the marketing budget and tracking return on investment.
  2. Brand and Reputation Management:
    1. Developing and maintaining a positive brand image.
    2. Working with PR and media to improve company visibility.
    3. Preparing and distributing press releases and other materials.
  3. Digital Marketing and Social Media:
    1. Developing and implementing strategies in SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
    2. Analyzing data and adapting strategies based on outcomes.
  4. Collaboration with Departments and Partners:
    1. Closely collaborating with sales and development departments to ensure message and strategy coherence.
    2. Managing relationships with external agencies and partners.
  5. Market and Competitor Analysis:
    1. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
    2. Forecasting market trends and adapting marketing strategy accordingly.
  6. Reporting and Analytics:
    1. Preparing and presenting regular reports on KPIs and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    2. Using analytical tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector or related industries.
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically.
  4. Experience with digital marketing and social media.
  5. Ability to analyze large data sets and make informed decisions.
  6. Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
  7. Proficiency in English - professional, business, written and spoken English.
  8. Russian language required.
