For our partner, a leading global vacation ownership company, we are looking for an experienced Head of Finance - Marketing & Sales. This person will provide critical financial expertise and guidance to the Marketing and Sales teams in Indonesia. The role involves delivering in-depth financial analysis, developing robust financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOX regulations. The Head of Finance will drive financial performance and manage risk while collaborating closely with regional and corporate business partners.

Your Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial management, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for all Marketing & Sales business units in Indonesia.
Lead the Finance & Accounting (F&A) team, providing direction, coaching, and development to ensure exemplary performance in a cross-functional environment.
Develop and implement strategic financial plans and forecasts that align with the company's overall business goals.
Ensure compliance with SOX, company policies, and local statutory requirements through continuous improvement of financial practices and procedures.
Collaborate with business leaders to drive cost-effective marketing strategies and manage financial risks associated with marketing and sales initiatives.
Manage special projects, including new site start-ups, by conducting pre-opening assessments, operational setups, and recruitment.
Analyze and provide insights on M&S strategies, program costs, and commissions, offering recommendations for effective implementation.
Your Skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
CPA or Chartered Accountant certification is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Strong background in commercial finance and business partnering, preferably within Multi-National Corporations.
Expertise in local statutory requirements and regulatory compliance.
Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations in a commercial setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Expertise in financial management software and tools.
