Aon is currently recruiting an Assistant Vice President, Aon Credit Solution to join our Aon Indonesia Insurance Brokers team in Jakarta.

The Opportunity
Focus on performing renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for significant deals within assigned accounts, while also addressing customer challenges.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: responsible for generating new business through networking, client referrals, and marketing campaigns. This includes attending trader conferences and posting credit insights on LinkedIn. This will include but not limited to:
- Assisting in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Supporting the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborating on strategies to expand our client portfolio.
- Client Management: The role involves managing relationships with existing clients and ensuring high client retention rates. This includes understanding client needs and providing tailored credit solutions. This would include:
- Managing day-to-day interactions and inquiries from our clients.
- Providing timely support for limit management and policy management, claims handling, and related documentation.
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery to maintain and enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and client management.
- Market Analysis: staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats. This includes understanding pricing trends, client retention rates, and innovation in credit solutions.
- Regulatory Compliance: ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards is a key responsibility. This includes staying informed about new regulations and their potential impact on the business.
- Reporting and Documentation: responsible for preparing reports and documentation related to business development activities, client interactions, and market analysis.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Experience in receivables and collection (minimum 2 years), preferred from the insurance industry.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Good in English.
