My client is a global company in the logistic distribution and supply chain industry.

Job Description

Digital Strategy Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and market opportunities.Business Process Optimization: Lead efforts to streamline operations and enhance efficiency through the adoption of digital tools, automation, and best practices.Innovation and Technology Adoption: Identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to the logistics industry, evaluating their potential impact and implementing where appropriate.Change Management: Drive a culture of transformation and change readiness across the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners to align transformation initiatives with business goals and customer needs.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish metrics and KPIs to track the success and impact of digital transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to the executive team and board of directors.

The Successful Applicant

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience: Proven track record (8+ years) of leadership in digital transformation, ideally within the logistics or supply chain industry. Experience in driving change management initiatives across large organizations.Strategic Vision: Ability to formulate and articulate a clear digital strategy that supports business growth and operational excellence.Technology Expertise: Deep understanding of digital technologies such as AI, IoT, cloud computing, and data analytics, with experience in implementing these technologies to drive business outcomes.Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Global Perspective: Experience working in a global environment, understanding diverse market dynamics and regulatory landscapes.
