Job Description

Implement marketing, branding, and communication strategies as outlined by the Senior Marketing Manager or Country Head for key markets.Plan and oversee digital marketing activities, including creating content, presentations, and promotional materials across various channels.Manage product launches at national, distributor, and dealer levels to ensure effective market entry and adoption.Use marketing tools and analytics to track and assess the success of marketing efforts against set objectives.Identify and leverage emerging marketing trends and insights to optimize resource use and campaign effectiveness.Assist in budget management for marketing activities, including both Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) efforts.Work with sales teams to develop sampling strategies and materials that support their field activities.Conduct competitor research and gather customer insights to guide strategic marketing decisions and positioning.

The Successful ApplicantDiploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing campaigns and projects.Experiences in Building Materials industry marketing is preferable. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
