Job Accountabilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's business strategy and goals to ensure that technology and processes are in alignment.
Design and document the organization's business architecture, including processes, capabilities, and information models, to enable effective decision-making and planning. Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business objectives, leveraging existing systems and identifying opportunities for improvement. Identify inefficiencies and areas for process improvement, making recommendations for optimization and automation. Ensure that data governance and management practices align with business needs and regulatory requirements. Support the implementation of changes in business processes and systems, including training and communication.Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with business architecture and technology implementations.Responsible for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
Education S1 (Strata 1) in Business Administration or Information Technology
