Deloitte seeks a Techology Strategy & Transformation Manager to drive growth in Southeast Asia, overseeing IT Strategy, Application & Systems Development, and IT Business Transformation.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT Implementation and consulting, with 8+ years of experience in IT Strategy, IT Transformation, IT Operations, and IT Optimization.

Responsibilities include leading project teams, developing and delivering innovative technology-enabled solutions, and providing expert advice to senior IT leadership and clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead project teams in research efforts and analytics to develop and deliver innovative technology-enabled solutions.
    • Oversee and provide directions to project teams in undertaking IT assessments and developing recommendations.
    • Provide subject matter expertise in addressing issues and shaping key decisions and/or thought processes of clients.
    • Manage project teams and be accountable for all work products developed by the project teams.
  • Requirements:
    • Good honors degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
    • Minimum 8+ years of experience working in IT Implementation/IT consulting.
    • Experience in IT Strategy, IT Transformation, IT Operations, and IT Optimization.
    • Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and ability to work in stressful situations with changing priorities.
