Job Description:
Currently our client who is a well established brand in port industry is looking for Manager Operation to join their team

Below are the details:
Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Business Administration, Maritime Transportation Management, or Port Management (preferred). Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Port Operations Manager. Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management Systems. (Having an OHS certification is preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Dynamic, decisive, honest, responsible, and has integrity.

Job Requirements:
Assists the Director in the implementation process of work as well as supervision of all operational activities. Is fully responsible to the Director for providing regular and periodic reports on the implementation and supervision of work. Builds good synergy with related agencies that are related to operational activities.

With the approval of the Director, develops effective and efficient business process flows to support the smooth running of operations.

Provides technical and non-technical guidance as well as coaching to Human Resources in the Operations Division.
