**Job Description**:
As an Operations Specialist at Coolfee, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and scaling our operations. We’re seeking a young, dynamic, and street-smart professional with a proven track record in managing operations in the restaurant or ice cream industry. This role will require you to establish efficient processes, negotiate with malls, events, and markets to expand our retail presence, and ensure that Coolfee’s operations run smoothly and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Setup & Scaling**:

- Develop and implement operational processes to support the launch and scaling of Coolfee’s stores and carts.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in every aspect of the business.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and production teams to maintain consistent product availability.

**Expansion & Negotiation**:

- Identify potential locations for new stores or carts in malls, markets, and events across Jakarta.
- Negotiate terms with property owners and event organizers to secure favorable locations for Coolfee outlets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to strategize and execute promotional activities that drive foot traffic and sales.

**Inventory & Quality Management**:

- Monitor and manage stock levels of ice cream, toppings, packaging, and other supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
- Perform regular inventory audits and track usage rates to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain the high standards of Coolfee’s products.
- Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Address any customer complaints or quality issues, working to resolve them promptly.

**Logistics and Distribution**:

- Coordinate the delivery of ice cream to various sales points, such as stores, carts, or events.
- Optimize routes and schedules for deliveries to minimize costs and ensure timely arrival.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers and address any issues that may arise.

**Team Coordination & Training**:

- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Train staff on operational procedures and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service.

**Process Improvement**:

- Analyze current operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement new processes or technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Train staff on new procedures and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.

**Reporting and Analytics**:

- Track key operational metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and inform decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall business performance.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in operations for ice cream brands or restaurant businesses.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
- Experience in quality control and process improvement.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Willingness to travel for work and meetings as and when needed.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driving license

**Remuneration**:

- 8-10 million per month depending on past experience.
- Performance bonuses upto 30% of annual salary
- Part of company ESOP's

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
