Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Our client, an International Market Leader in end-of-the-line equipment for the F&B industry, is currently looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

This position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia and report to the Regional Director.

Responsibilities:
Develop short-term and long-term business strategies and market expansion plans within Indonesia. Responsible for sales forecast and budget for the manufacturing equipment products. Maintain a good long-term relationship with key customers, including multinational firms and local businesses. Collaborate with the regional team to lead and drive marketing initiatives within the territory. Identify needs, potential product and service concepts to develop in the country.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in business, Food, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with direct sales in the B2 B equipment industry, preferably in Food & Beverage.

Strong knowledge of process engineering and experience in equipment integration is preferable. Commercially driven with a strong determination to win every deal. Pro-active, dynamic, with sharp business acumen and capability of new business development.
