We are seeking a Technical Success Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be pivotal in understanding and addressing the customers' technical needs to maximize their use of the company's technology. Your expertise in client management and technology will ensure that clients achieve their goals and realize the full potential of our solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical guidance to clients and partners, developing solutions to meet ongoing technical requirements and enhance product usage. Define, develop, manage, and document project schedules and milestones, proactively resolving project-related issues and planning for production-related risks. Measure project performance to identify and implement improvements. Build strong cross-functional relationships to facilitate smooth planning and execution of interdepartmental tasks. Implement processes and tools to enhance cross-departmental communication and efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Min. 2 years of experience in project management and technical client support. Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, documentation, and communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with strong time management skills. Experience managing projects through their full lifecycle. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on scope and schedule. Flexibility to work across multiple time zones to accommodate global clients. Fluent in written and spoken Business English. Familiarity with APIs. Proficiency in Python.
