- ORE RESPONSIBILITY T
- provide technical and commercial support to existing customers in Indonesia. This includes line start-ups, trouble-shooting and on-going account maintenance. At the same time to develop new potential customers and maximize Sherwin-Williams position in the Indonesia market and achieve corporate sales and profit targets. T
he Technical Sales Manager, Indonesia has the unique challenges of both working with the current customers in addition to gain insight knowledge of the packaging business in Indonesia. S
herwin-Williams markets a broad range of packaging products. Sherwin-Williams will continue the development of the other packaging product in the Food/Beverage segments. T
he role of the Technical Sales Manager is to establish working relationship with customer’s key personnel and product development to commercialization. This position will be critical to the success of the future growth of Sherwin-Williams, shaping not only the brand growth and profitability of Sherwin-Williams in Indonesia but influencing the amount of investment made by Sherwin-Williams across the region. T
he Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a range of functions of the business in Indonesia including technical support, sales and inventory forecasting, debt collection, placement of orders, and account management. T
he challenges of doing business in Indonesia and the cultural differences across the packaging markets covered by the incumbent add a further dimension to the role.
