  • Develop and execute corporate strategies that support the company's long-term goals.
Lead strategic planning initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.Oversee the end-to-end process of new product development, from ideation to launch.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Credit, Risk, IT, Operations) to design and implement innovative financial products.Ensure new products meet regulatory requirements and align with customer needs.Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new product offerings.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external partners.Present strategic plans and product proposals to the board of directors and executive team.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and new products.Monitor and analyze the performance of new products, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and board meetings.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing corporate strategy team.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or a related field within the financial services industry and management consulting background.Proven track record of successful new product development and launch.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams.In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
