Coxers is on the lookout for a talented and driven Product Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping our product offerings, ensuring they align with market trends, customer needs, and our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor products, and customer preferences in the arts and crafts industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and manufacturing, to conceptualize and develop new and innovative art supplies and crafting materials.

Manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and prototyping to production and launch.

Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality materials and ensure product quality meets Coxers' standards.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to iterate and improve existing products.

Stay informed about advancements in materials, technologies, and techniques relevant to arts and crafts.
