We're Hiring: Product Development Specialist

Location: Jakarta

Employment Type: Contract

We are looking for an experienced
Product Development Specialist
to lead end-to-end product development and drive innovation across our digital products. This role requires strong business acumen, user-centric thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Master's degree (S2) is a strong plus

Professional Experience

  • Minimum
    8 years of experience
    in
    Product Development, Product Management, or Innovation Management
  • Proven experience in developing products from
    ideation to launch
  • Experience in
    banking, fintech, e-commerce, or technology industries
    is a plus

Technical & Product Skills

  • Strong understanding of the
    end-to-end product lifecycle
    , including research, design, development, testing, go-to-market, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to conduct
    market research
    , competitor analysis, and customer needs identification
  • Basic understanding of
    UX/UI principles
    and experience collaborating with design teams
  • Familiar with
    product management tools
    such as Jira, Trello, Notion, Figma, or similar
  • Solid knowledge of
    data analytics
    , able to interpret data and generate actionable insights

  • Excellent

  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance)

    (especially in financial services: OJK, BI, risk & compliance) is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify market opportunities and customer needs
  • Develop new product concepts or enhance existing products
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure product features meet business requirements
  • Lead
    User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    and ensure product quality before launch
  • Define and execute
    go-to-market strategies
    in collaboration with marketing teams
  • Monitor product performance and conduct regular evaluations for continuous improvement
