**Product Development Specialist**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Building Material Industry as a Specifier Supervisor /Sales Supervisor/Marketing Supervisor.
- Good communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and target oriented.
- Have a competitive spirit and energetic.
- Could work well independently and as a team.

**Main Job Description**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, consultants, contractors, and business owners, in order to:

- Actively do market research related to current and emerging building materials.
- Understand current and emerging customers and business priorities.
- Actively gather information about customer needs and preferences.
- Provide a proactive and responsive support during product development process.
- Prepare visitation database report, stay up-to-date with current information/development, and inform the product development team accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, seminars, product demonstrations, for external and internal purpose.
- Train and support sales team on new product launches.
- Managing reports and related administrative works.
