Pluang is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented **Revenue Operations Principal** to lead the design, execution, and optimization of our revenue operations strategy. This role is critical in aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations to drive predictable revenue growth and improve overall business performance.
You will act as a thought partner to revenue leadership, leveraging data, systems, and process improvements to help teams scale effectively, identify growth opportunities, and drive operational excellence across the funnel.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Strategy & Planning**- Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop and implement revenue growth strategies.-
- Lead annual and quarterly revenue planning, forecasting, and performance tracking initiatives.-
**Revenue Performance & Analytics**- Build and manage dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.-
- Analyze funnel metrics, lead conversion rates, retention trends, and other key revenue indicators.-
**Process Optimization**- Identify and streamline operational inefficiencies in sales, marketing, and customer success workflows.-
- Develop scalable processes and frameworks for lead management, pipeline hygiene, and opportunity progression.-
**Systems & Tools**- Oversee the management and optimization of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).-
- Evaluate and implement new tools to support RevOps efficiency and scalability.-
**Cross-functional Collaboration**- Act as a central liaison across sales, marketing, finance, product, and customer teams to ensure alignment and operational consistency.-
- Lead strategic projects to enhance customer experience and revenue generation.- **Governance & Risk**- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integrity in all revenue-related processes.- Support leadership in evaluating new initiatives and pricing strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or related roles.- Proven success in scaling revenue operations in a high-growth tech, fintech, or SaaS environment.- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, and sales enablement platforms.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
