This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharma Principal Manager, located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Pharma Principal Manager is responsible for managing pharma partnerships, overseeing operations, developing strategic plans to meet business objectives, and leading cross-functional teams. This role also involves driving performance analysis, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical domain. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure sustainable growth and market competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical operations, partnership management, and strategic planning
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field will be highly regarded
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a significant advantage
