We are looking for a **Fixed Income Fund Manager** in **Indonesia** who responsible for s responsible for managing all managed funds in the fixed income and money market categories in accordance with the established fund objectives and limits, with reference to the laws and regulations applicable in the Indonesian capital market.

**What You’ll Do**
- Managing all fixed income and money market portfolios based on the fund's objectives and limits to achieve the best KPI metrics, including but not limited to:

- Establishing relevant benchmarks for fund placement.
- Managing and rebalancing the portfolio in accordance with the strategy, objectives, and current constraints/challenges.
- Providing liquidity to meet redemption/funding requests.
- Placing time deposits, including but not limited to:

- Ensuring placements are with approved banks on the universe list.
- Undertaking any necessary restructuring to avoid liquidity risks at specific banks.
- Executing time deposit instructions to dealers for each deposit placement, rollover, or liquidation.
- Prepare materials, attend, and contribute to Regional Fixed Income Investment meetings, including but not limited to:

- Weekly Regional Morning Meeting
- Weekly Local Fixed Income Meeting
- Monthly Regional Fixed Income Strategy Meeting
- Monthly Investment Presentation Group/Discussion
- Collaborate with the Regional Investment Team to manage joint funds such as APDMA and the Asian Dynamic Bond Fund.
- Prepare and present materials for client meetings, new tender processes, or investment reviews, covering all investment-related information, including but not limited to:

- Prepare and present Fixed Income sections.
- Provide projections, analysis, simulations, and technical assistance for new product development.
- Provide portfolio analysis in any investment review requested by the client.
- Prepare and present investment-related materials requested by the client.
- Comply with Compliance and Risk Management guidelines, including but not limited to:

- Ensure that the Fund Manager Assistant (FMA) has entered compliance tagging/rules correctly into the system.
- Comply with OJK regulations, portfolio contracts, and prospectuses regarding portfolio management, as well as internal P&P.
- Take corrective action for any violations, if they occur, immediately and report them in accordance with the reporting guidelines.
- Provide answers to questions or clarifications regarding compliance and risk management related to portfolio management.
- Discuss and collaborate with the Compliance, RM & IA teams on matters related to market risk, liquidity risk, credit risk, and fund concentration risk.
- Oversee all operational matters related to investments, including but not limited to:

- Ensuring that trade purchase orders are properly placed in the CRD, and that Bloomberg VCON is sent to the Operations team so that trades are properly completed and recorded by the Custodian Bank.
- Ensuring that the system used complies with regionally required specifications.
- Providing market projections and data as needed by the Finance & Accounting team.
- Reviewing prospectuses, contracts, amendments, addenda, and other official agreements or letters provided by the Legal & Corporate Secretary team regarding mutual funds and discretionary funds or mandates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance and Banking, or related fields.
- Mandatory holding WMI / WPPE / WPEE / WAPERD Certification that has been approved by SK (Decree) from OJK.
- Optional holding CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification.
- Have at least 5 years of experience working in financial industry such as capital markets, insurance, or banking, especially in managerial investment with focus in fixed income and money market area.
- Have knowledge and skills of capital market, including but not limited to mutual funds, fund performance including quantitative, macroeconomics and bond management. - Have up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations, especially in the capital market industry and not limited to POJK, SEOJK and other capital market-related regulations
- Target-oriented, excellent leadership, good in existing network development, understanding of administrative work and product distribution.
