ROLE:

This role is responsible for managing the team, the portfolios and development of business under Fixed Income (including credit), putting into practice the investment philosophy and process, and be accountable for fixed income investment performance of the team. He/she is responsible for advancing the fixed income and credit capabilities of the firm to support business growth in this asset class. He/she, through the Fixed Income team, will also be responsible to monitor markets and prepare reports regarding the performance of fixed income funds on regular basis (monthly and quarterly) or as stipulated by the firm.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • The Head of Fixed Income is responsible for advancing the Fixed Income (including credit) business and AUM - through differentiated investment capabilities / solutions and delivering outstanding investment performance.
  • Develop and execute an investment philosophy and process that is consistent with Eastspring Investments style to ensure the successful fund performance.
    • Lead and manage the Fixed Income team, ensure their performance, and promote their career development.
    • Ensure the Fixed Income team understands and share the company's direction, objectives, vision, and values.
    • Take the ultimate responsibility for fixed income funds performance under his/her management.
  • Head of Credit:
    • Responsible for credit risk exposures (including corporate bonds, and other structured credit assets) across portfolios managed by Eastspring Investments Indonesia.
    • Responsible for credit research, including leading a credit analyst team, and review of reports, including assessing issuers and instruments for approval.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of market conditions domestically and globally.
  • Support the marketing team in client servicing and product development, and also should be expected to conduct marketing & positioning the firm in the investment marketplace.
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with sources of information.
