Your Mission: Leading Educational Innovation

• Lead Academic Vision
  : Ensure engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans are implemented across the school, championing our future skills approach
• Manage Enrichment Programs
  : Develop and oversee after-school enrichment programs with effective scheduling and smooth operations
• Master Parent Relations
  : Serve as the go-to leader for parent communications, handling concerns with empathy and confidence while providing counseling guidance when needed
• Inspire Your Team
  : Collaborate with teachers to deliver high-quality education and foster continuous professional growth in a fast-paced environment
• Mentor teachers in all areas to facilitate collaborative approaches for learning, teaching and evaluation so as to improve the overall performance standards and competencies
• Implementation of specific center programs, initiatives and events
• Monitor and improve the quality of teaching and ensure high retention rate in each centers

What Makes You Our Ideal Leader

• Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferred) in TESOL, Education, Psychology or related field
• Minimum 4 years in a leadership or coordinator role in education
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Familiarity with international school systems or progressive education frameworks is a plus
