Mutiara Harapan Islamic School is seeking a qualified and dynamic **Preschool Vice Principal** to support our mission of providing a holistic, high-quality education in line with Islamic values. We are looking for an individual with a passion for early childhood education and the ability to lead our preschool team to success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Principal in managing daily operations and delivering a world-class preschool program.
- Provide leadership to teachers and staff, ensuring the highest educational standards are met.
- Develop and implement curriculum based on international standards and Islamic values.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and community members to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Ensure the effective use of digital tools and platforms in teaching and learning.
- Lead professional development initiatives for staff, encouraging continuous improvement.
- Uphold accountability, agility, and reliability in managing school operations.

**Qualifications**:

- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting with international standards.
- Experience with the **BCCT approach** is preferable.
- Familiarity with the **Cambridge Curriculum** is essential.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and supporting teachers and staff.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff.
- Strong organizational, goal-driven, and analytical skills, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
- Experience working with young children, parents, and teachers.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to enhance the learning experience.
- High level of accountability, agility, and reliability.
- Available to join us in **January 2025**.
