Job Description For Main Teacher:

  • Plan and implement a full-day, year-round, developmentally appropriate curriculum including weekly themes and lesson plans, inclusion of theme-related materials, and rotation of toys and equipment on a regular basis.
  • Provide a safe, responsive, stimulating environment by actively engaging oneself in daily activities and routines.
  • Form and maintain professional relationships with parents and families.
  • Assess all areas of development of children using the Eclectic Curriculum.
  • Develop a progress report for each child. Conduct two parent-teacher meetings per year with each family.
  • Responsible for the supervision and direction of the Assistant Teacher

Job Description for Mandarin Teacher:

  • Teaching for Preschoolers 2-6 years old.
  • Teaching for Baby Mandarin Class with a range of ages (6 months - 18 months).
  • Preparing teaching materials.
  • Make a portfolio report for parents.
  • Have good communication and coordination with the principal and all teachers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in a preschool/kindergarten/ childcare setting
  • Good command in English orally and in writing, Mandarin (for Mandarin teachers only)
