Integrated Children's Academy (ICA) is a nurturing, inclusive, and creative learning environment committed to providing high-quality early childhood education. We are seeking a caring and dedicated Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our passionate team.

The Preschool Assistant Teacher supports the Lead Teacher in creating a warm, safe, and engaging classroom for children. This role involves helping to plan and implement educational activities, maintain a clean and organized environment, and support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in planning and implementing daily educational activities
  • Supervise children to ensure a safe learning environment
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture
  • Support children's emotional and social development
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
  • Assist with classroom setup, clean-up, and organization
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude
  • Full-time / Part-time
  • Willing to be placed in Integrated Children's Academy (ICA), South Jakarta
