We are looking for a **Preschool Principal** to help set up new preschools based on Singapore standards in Indonesia. This is a leadership role for someone who understands how to open schools, follow Indonesian regulations, train teachers, and also engage with new prospects to expand our school network.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Set up new preschools** and ensure they meet all Indonesian rules and regulations.
- **Train and guide teachers** in our curriculum and teaching methods.
- **Translate curriculum** from English into Bahasa Indonesia.
- Build strong school operations and support daily leadership.
- **Engage parents, communities, and prospects** to promote our preschool and attract new school partners.
- Work closely with our Singapore team to maintain high standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years in a managerial role** in preschool.
- Proven experience in **setting up preschools or schools in Indonesia**.
- Skilled in **marketing and community engagement** to grow school enrolment and attract new school prospects.
- Strong knowledge of **early childhood curriculum and teacher training**.
- Fluent in spoken and written **English and Bahasa Indonesia**.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
