**Company Description**

A for Effort is a tutoring center located in Jakarta, Indonesia. We offer personalized tutoring sessions specialized in international curriculums, as well as tutoring for national plus and national curriculums.

**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Accounts Receivable (AR):

- Issue and send invoices to customers on time
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain aging reports
- Record incoming payments and reconcile with bank statements
- Communicate with customers regarding billing and payment issues
- Maintain accurate customer records in the accounting system

Accounts Payable (AP):

- Review and verify invoices and supporting documents
- Process vendor payments in accordance with company policies
- Maintain a record of all payable transactions and due dates
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status or discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing issues

General Accounting Support:

- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
- Prepare AR/AP reports for management
- Maintain organized financial records for auditing purposes
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Can speak and write English in a professional setting
- Proficient in accounting software (experience with Quickbooks is preferred)
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication and negotiation skills

**Experience**:

- Accounts Receivable: 3 years (preferred)

- English (required)
