Responsibilities:

Focuses on collecting receivables and ensuring that payments from customers are received on time to keep the company's cash flow healthy.

Job Description:

  • Record incoming cash from account receivables in accounting system
  • Proper filing for all invoices and supporting documents after payment being recorded in accounting system
  • Maintain AR collection and regular reminder to customer
  • Process AR Reconciliation
  • Provide AR Aging
  • Maintain AR Coordination

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • 1–3 years of experience in Account Receivable
  • Have Experience Filling AR and AP Document, maintain status payment for customer and follow up customer for the outstanding balance
  • Maintain AR Aging and Reconcile AR Outstanding
