About the Role

As a
Senior Accounts Receivable
, you will oversee the end-to-end AR process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, documentation, and collections. You will play a key role in coordinating with our internal teams and major clients (
IOH & LA
), ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesia GAAP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
  • Experience with SAP HANA (MUST)
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, under tight deadlines.
  • Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Accounts Receivable process from unbilled revenue, invoicing, documentation, to collection.
  • Prepare, validate, and ensure the completeness of supporting documents (BAPP, AOS, HOR, Service Receipt, PO, and contracts).
  • Coordinate closely with Central Billing, Tax, Finance, and Commercial Teams.
  • Submit invoices and supporting documents into IOH/LA VIM system.
  • Monitor AR aging and follow up collections to ensure payments are received on time.
