**Financial Operations Specialist**

SwipeRx, formerly mClinica, is the largest network of pharmacies in Southeast Asia connecting over 235,000 pharmacy professionals from 45,000 pharmacies. SwipeRx pioneered the community-driven commerce model that unites the fragmented pharmacy channel on a single platform enabling them to access all the information, education, and medicines they need. From online education to centralized purchasing and logistics, to financing, SwipeRx caters to the unique and pressing needs of pharmacies, a critical public health channel.

To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for a **Financial Operations Specialist.**

**Responsibilities**
- Establishing accounting procedures and policies in accordance with the targets of the company.
- Oversee daily transactions, and all financial processes including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and credit notes.
- Prepare for Tax reports, including issuing & import the VAT, etc.
- Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for any necessary entities.
- Reconciling all income statement and balance sheet accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.
- Maintain accurate financial reports and other records and activities.
- To assist in complying with all the financial and legal requirements, responsibilities, and obligations, including statutory obligations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, a work experience in Warehouse Accounting is preferable.
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, taxation, laws, and regulations.
- Having work experience as Public Accountant is a plus
- Proficiency skills in Microsoft office, especially excellent in Excel skills, accounting software is a plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally, thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and manage and prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Active in English (Spoken and Written)
- Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Good problem-solving skills & respond appropriately to evaluation and changes in the work setting
