Responsibilities

  • Prepare and record financial transactions, including asset, liability, and capital entries.
  • Analyze account information to prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Audit and verify documents to substantiate transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain internal controls and recommend accounting policies and procedures.
  • Process and verify payments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and advise management on legal requirements.
  • Safeguard and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support and guide accounting staff in day-to-day financial operations.
  • Prepare special financial reports and recommend financial actions based on analysis.

Requirements

  • Fully or Partly Qualified CA, CIMA or CMA.
  • Possess Minimum 02 years of work experience in similar capacity.
  • Has the ability to organize and prepare accurate and timely financial reports and conduct financial analysis to ensure effectiveness of the overall operations of the company.
  • Below 30 years.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (spoken and written).
