Chief Financial Officer

Job Description:

- Ensuring the resources necessary to achieve the objectives.

- The control exercised on all hierarchical levels within the department, in order to verify the manner and degree of achievement of the actions, as well as compliance with the standards implemented in the department.

- Compliance with internal procedures and the requirements stipulated by the implemented standards and legislation in force

- Have full responsibility of the entire financial accounting activity of the company; supervise elaboration and transmission of the declarations and reports to the institutions.

- Prepare the annual budget and follow up periodically

- Monitoring the preparation and execution of general budget and departmental budget

- Define the cost center at the level of company and implements them

- Verify the evidence of the income and expenses by cost center and provide report and analyses for management

- Establishing the production cost calculation system and cost calculation procedures

- Monitoring the cost calculation process and identifying cost efficiency solutions in collaboration with Production Department

- Check the level of stock in relation with the sales budget and sales orders and follow the aging stock

- In collaboration with Acquisition department establish the monthly acquisition budget in accordance with political sales activity and the level of stock

- Check the monthly expenses in accordance with the annually budget

- Propose and implement the measures for improvement the level of costs

- Prepare monthly reports and analyses necessary for top management decisions

- Identify the financial risks and advance the solutions to handle them

- Checking the receivables and overdue receivables and take all the measure necessary to collect them within contract term

- Monitoring the due date for suppliers and other payable

- Ensure an efficiency management of the treasury

- Keep the relation with the banks, prepare and provide all the information necessary for the loans

- Checks the changes in accounting and fiscal legislation and implement them in the company policy

- Represent and maintain the relation with Fiscal Authorities and other financial institution

- Facilitating a continuous flow of information between the Financial department and other departments directly involved in accounting, sales, production and logistics activity

- Respect the deadlines according to the requirements of the company's management

- Implementing and maintaining accurate data in the ERP system ( AX Dynamics)

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university.

• Master's degree often preferred — MBA, Master of Finance, or Master of Accounting Professional certifications (highly valued)

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) ,CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) , CMA (Certified Management Accountant)

• At least 10-15 years of working experience in Finance Accounting & Tax, minimum 5 years experience as a Manager of Finance Accounting & Tax department in the Manufacturing Industry.

• Finance Director, Controller, VP of Finance, or comparable senior role

• Must be fluent in English.

-  know about GAAP or IFRS, tax regulation and corporate finance

• Having tax brevet A & B is preferable.

• Experienced as an Auditor will be an advantage.

• Experienced in using ERP system SAP, Oracle, Netsuite or Microsoft Dynamic AX will be an advantage.

• Know about data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)

• Meticulous with numbers, a keen eye for details, and results-oriented with sharp business acumen.
