Job Description:
A. Product Specialist for diabetic care related product and is primarily responsible for developing product strategy and managing the activities of assigned channels, to achieve targeted sales and profit.

B. Develop and implement a business/sales plan for assigned channels.

C. Actively manage the relationship of Key Accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure alignment with company objectives.

D. Provides channels partners with the support & information needed to facilitate their commercial and marketing effectiveness.

E. Create appropriate marketing materials for the related Product Segments and provide training to the Sales Team, Channel Partners, Key Accounts and relevant customers in Indonesia.

G. Prepare and participate in business reviews/forecasts for partner to ensure a constant flow of information business (Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities).

H. Maintain an awareness of competitor activities and developments and ensure that this information is collected and made available to the sales team.

I. Deploy resources to meet financial / operating objectives including orders, revenue, contribution margin and base cost control.

**Requirements**:
A. Minimum Education:
Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable University

B. Other requirements:
a. Minimum of 2 years as Product Specialist (Experiences in Diabetic Care or Medical Devices Area)

b. Have good skills in marketing activity, including strategic selling and negotiation, or product marketing or related field

c. Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages (both with internal parties or external)

d. Good presentation skill (Product Knowledge & Product Selling)

e. Having analytical skills and strong customer service skills

f. Attention to detail

g. Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced environment

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 6 bulan

Upah: Hingga Rp4.725.000 per bulan
