**Real Estate Analyst (80-100%), Remote**

**TASKS**:

- **Research & Analysis**: Identify, analyze and add new investors, properties and partners into our systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- **Data Management**: Keep our databases and CRM up-to-date, create factsheets and reports
- **Transaction Initiation**: Identify new transaction opportunities with our in-house matching tools, present them in our Committees and reach out to Investors
- **Transaction Support**: Assist our Transaction Managers with (automated) deal match reports, research and correspondence with stakeholders

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3-5 years of real estate experience, ideally in the commercial real estate sector, specifically dealing within hospitality
- Proficient in working with procedures and CRM systems
- Professional English (written and spoken) is mandatory, any additional language is a plus
- High quality awareness and strong business ethics with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines consistently

**CONDITIONS**:

- This is a long-term role within an ambitious and well-structured Startup building business with global brands
- Existing large real estate portfolio and growing pipeline of leads ready for engagement
- Work in a smart work environment and benefit from leaders with senior experience at companies such as HSBC, UBS, Radisson, UN and BMW.
- The role has a fixed salary and a performance-based bonus system.
