Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Senior Real Estate Business Development professional. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new real estate development opportunities, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and managing strategic sales initiatives. The role involves preparing market analyses, developing negotiation strategies, overseeing the acquisition process, and ensuring project alignment with company goals and standards. The individual will also represent the company in client meetings and industry events to drive growth and long-term partnerships.
