Job Description

  • Identify And Assess Investment Prospects In The Industrial Real Estate Market, Both Domestically And Abroad, By Carefully Analyzing The Associated Risks And Benefits. The Goal Is To Identify Opportunities That Offer Promising Returns On Investment For The Company And Potential Partners
  • Oversee The Overall Transaction Processes And Present Investment Opportunities To Senior Management And Investors, Providing Detailed Analysis And Recommendations
  • Conduct Financial Analysis, Including Cash Flow Projections, Financial Modeling, And Investment Return Calculations, To Evaluate Potential Investment Opportunities
  • Assist In The Management Of The Real Estate Portfolio, Including Monitoring Market Trends And Assessing The Performance Of Existing Investments
  • Collaborate With Team Members And External Partners To Ensure Successful Execution Of Transactions
  • Continuously Stay Informed About Industry Trends And Best Practices, And Use This Knowledge To Inform Investment Decisions
  • Manage Due Diligence Efforts, Including Coordinating With External Parties, Reviewing Legal Documents, And Performing Property Inspections

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, Architecture or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate consultancy/investment analysis and transcation
  • Proven track record of executing successful real estate transactions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software
  • CFA, CPA, or other relevant certifications a plus
