**Job Title: Real Estate Intern**

**Job-Type: Paid Internship**

**Reports To: Real Estate Manager**

**Location: Jakarta, ID**

**What you'll be doing**:

- Conduct pre-site survey visits to assess physical and environmental factors, competitive landscape, zoning regulations, and accessibility, ensuring comprehensive data collection for accurate feasibility studies;
- Assist in data analysis to deliver timely yet insightful feasibility and market reports;
- Support team members in coordinating communications, development of organizational tools, and preparation of presentation, documents, or report materials; and
- Be prepared to take on short-term, time-sensitive assignments as needed, often with limited prior notice, while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

- Is able and willing to be mobile to conduct site visits independently, preferably with their own vehicle. (Transportation budgets will be reimbursed);
- Bachelor's degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), Business, or Real Estate;
- Previous internship experience is preferred but not required;
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Coachable, driven, entrepreneurial, and enterprising.
