Guests can enjoy a memorable dining experience while supporting our initiative to help rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs in Bali.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Assist in managing staff scheduling, floor supervision, and shift briefings
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Support marketing and community engagement activities aligned with the restaurant’s mission
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
- Contribute to cost control and revenue optimization while upholding service quality
- Represent the restaurant’s values and mission of supporting dog welfare in Bali

**Requirements**:

- A dog lover
- Interested in health & fitness
- Highly motivated to learn, grow, and progress
- ⁠Always full of ideas (creative) to bring people together and foster community
- Proven 3-5 years experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within F&B
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passionate about hospitality, guest service, and community-driven concepts
- Comfortable working in a restaurant environment where dogs are present
- Organized, proactive, and hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Willing to relocate to Bali
