The Forge Gastropub Bali' is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurant and nightclub, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial success.

**Key responsibilities**
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating a team of servers, bartenders, and other front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Oversee the efficient and smooth running of the restaurant and nightclub operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement innovative menu items and dining experiences
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of front-of-house staff

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
- Thorough understanding of health, safety, and licensing regulations within the hospitality industry
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
